Accurate EO concentration and amount filled as per customer’s requirement in a safe way using a PLC filling system developed by TOMOE group. Prevention of non-conformity such as overfilling using cylinder-specific bar code management system tracking filling concentration, filling amount, cylinder type and customer name for each cylinder.

Cylinder inventory & tracking using bar code system.Each cylinder’s tare weight and filling amount measured using high load electronic scale (20gr resolution)

PRODUCTS & SERVICES | EO ISO Tank Container Handling

EO (Ethylene Oxide) tends to polymerize through change of chemical properties whenever temperature rises above 15 degrees Celsius.
Therefore, Quality & Safety are managed during maritime transit by transporting EO filled in special ISO tank container equipped with double stainless steel layers & vacuum insulation so as to hold a low temperature state (within 5 ℃ to 0 ℃) at all time during door to door shipment.
In addition, bulk transportation of 16 tons per ISO tank results in an optimization of the unit transportation cost.
